Located in Portsmouth, NH, Summit Engineering provides structural design, construction administration and inspection services on a variety of project types throughout New England and beyond. Mr. Champagne’s background is in structural engineering. He holds a B.S. in civil engineering from the University of New Hampshire and has over twenty years of experience in structural design and analysis for a variety of institutional, commercial, industrial and residential projects. Bob is a LEED® Accredited Professional and member of the United States Green Building Council – NH Chapter. He has worked on numerous LEED accredited projects and specializes in the design of concrete and steel structures ranging from small stair designs to complex multi-story buildings. Bob lives in Rye, NH with his wife Janet. Away from the office Bob can be found with a golf club, fishing rod or ski pole in his hands.
Ms. McNair-Perry has decades of experience in the design and analysis of structures and construction administration of projects. She has provided structural assessments, forensic reports and third-party/peer reviews for code compliance relative to structural engineering. Linda received a BS in Civil Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University (CMU) and was honored with the CMU Outstanding Alumni Service Award in 2013. When it is time to relax, Linda enjoys spending time with friends and family and enjoys doing genealogy research.
Ms. Beyer’s background is in structural engineering, with a focus on building information modeling. She holds a B.S. in civil engineering from the University of New Hampshire and a MS in structural engineering from Tufts University. She also taught the Building Information Modeling class for the UNH Civil Department for several semesters. Lily has provided structural engineering for a variety of projects, from single family homes to large warehouses and multifamily structures. Prior to coming to Summit, she worked as a structural engineer at Hoyle, Tanner and Associates in the Building Structures group. When away from the office, Lily can...

She holds a B.S. in civil engineering from the University of New Hampshire and is working towards earning her MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. Sage is a certified engineer in training (E.I.T.) and is working to obtaining her P.E. license. She has experience providing structural engineering design for structures ranging in size and use. Outside of the office, Sage enjoys traveling and spending time in the great outdoors.

She then moved to Chicago where she worked in public accounting for several years and obtained her CPA. Relocating to San Francisco, she received her MBA from the University of San Francisco and her Series 23 license while working for Charles Schwab. She lives with her husband and three children in Exeter, NH and owns Seacoast Balanced Accounting LLC which provides accounting and financial support to corporations and non-profits in the Seacoast area.
